You have the rest of the month of september to make your build.

And for my chicken-themed build, I present to you... a chicken restaurant. LOL (Currently just called Simtucky Fried Chicken, though my son suggested Paltry Poultry and my husband wanted Cluck Yeah.)
It's a community lot, obviously, though full disclosure - there is a surprising lack of fried chicken. The chicken on the sandwich board out front gives a better representation into what you might buy here. LOL It is CC-free, so if anyone's interested, let me know and I'll try to figure out how to upload lots.
Spoiler:
Full-front view. You can see the parking lot, so your sims don't have to store their cars uncomfortably in their pockets. And of course, what's a good fast food restaurant without a play area?
Overview. There's also room to landscape on all sides (2 squares on front and sides, more in back. I was just lazy.)
Walking in the main door and up to the counter to order. Googling says World Adventures has a food register. I don't have World Adventures, so instead you get University's (I think) croissant bar. Theoretically this will work; I haven't play-tested to be sure. And just pretend that there's a stove back there in the kitchen, because community lots can't have stoves (though maybe with a cheat.. I didn't think to try.)
Bathroom. (The ladies room is the mirror of this, just with four stall instead of half urinals.)
Game area. Because chicken (or lack of) doesn't have to be the only thing we're known for. (And yes, that wallpaper has tiny sailboats and I think baby ducks. This was the closest I could get to chicken-themed wallpaper without going on a CC-hunt, and I was determined to keep it CC-free, for my own ease of not needing to provide links lol.)
Out the back door, we have patio seating, and a play area to send your wild children to burn off energy while you eat. (And way in the corner, there's even a grill, in case you prefer the whole home-cooked-just-not-at-home taste.)
Thank you for this challenge, I had fun! And it's been great seeing people's creations, too. I love them! The chicken-shaped building is really impressive, I could never do that.
So my entry is a little less chickeny than some of the others. I hope it fits the parameters.
So for my entry, I build a chicken farm. On its face, it's not very chickeny, but I tried to use like colors where I could and tried to stick to the rustic-y vibe of a farm.
