Anyways, this was a game that we used to play back in the Sims 2 website. We always called it, "If I were a sim." You basically describe what your Wants, Aspiration and Needs would look life if you were a sim. Some people even describe their personality and Turn ons and Turns offs, but thats up to you.
Here I'll go first:

If I were a sim...

I would be a Family with secondary Knowledge.
My Life Time Want would be Education Minister (I am a teacher already haha)
My Wants: Drink Coffee, Talk with a family member, Kiss my boyfriend, and gain a skill
My Fears: Get fired, Family member passing away, and Drinking bad coffee

My needs:
Hunger - Green
Comfort - Yellow
Bladder - Yellow
Energy - Green (Just drank a lot of coffee )
Fun - Red! (Just got off of work and about to fire up the sims!)
Social - Green
Hygiene - Green
Environment - Green

My first aspiration would probably be Pleasure, and my secondary Knowledge or Popularity, I can't really decide on that one
For my LFT, I have three Possibilities: become Captain Hero, become a Celebrity Chef or raise 20 Puppies and Kittens...god, I'm so unsure °

My current wants:
Throw a party, speak with certain friend, gain a cooking point, serve cheesecake

My current fears:
burn meal, have a bad party, argue with certain friend

My current needs:
Hunger - Green
Comfort - Yellow
Bladder - Green
Energy - Orange
Fun - Green
Social - Green close to yellow
Hygiene - Yellow (Don't blame me! It was a hot and really hard day @@)
