Um, theres a help forum for that, not that that isnt a challenge to your gameplay, but that would belong in the help section...

Re: TS2 to TS4

I tend to like 3 due to the nraas mods that became rather a must in my thinking... 4 still needs some work, thats certainly true... Sims 2... Dare I say I started up the ult collection earlier and got most my cc on my other install and works fine on win10... with some work arounds found via mod the ...

Re: Game crashing on loading screen

Hmm, it might be possible to reinstall from Origin... But yeah.... Always... ALWAYS keep your game disks... I know sims 2 is effectively a free download from origin [afaik for me that is..] it might be similar for sims 3 at a lower price..

 hehehehehahahahabwAHAHAHA..... Sorry, I'll refrain now.... snicker... This is a reason I think we need more Geography training.... And why I'm going into Geography as a major... focus on Cartography... I shall try this... I did similar in one of my geography classes, so this should be fun... A...

Re: What is challenging to you in Sims 3?

I'm surprised this was my thread. I agree with the relationships thing.. It was far easier to manipulate sims in S2 than it is now. And yes, I had that issue too, what I tended to do to combat that, especially since there were a number of preferred methods for playing S3 that I had, was to pla...

Re: What is challenging in the Sims 4?

Thanks for doing this for the sims 4, because it is more challenging of itself. Normally I like to walk away leaving the game running, just doing that runs the risk of bills being unpaid which leads to sim death... The smallness of the towns... I almost dislike building anymore, because there's no w...

Re: Aliens!

If you play with the alien in the sim creator, Do take time to note that each alien eye color for the most part has a unique pattern per eye color. So do take note of those eye color patterns.. Also, afaik, sim females do not get pregnant on abductions in my experience with the one sim whose gotten ...

Re: Have dominant and recessive genes returned?

And now with the new Alien eyes offered, I wonder how that will affect any genetic legacies being done; ie, are the alien eyes dominant or recessive? That should be something to work out. Because, it seems to me that nearly all the alien eyes have their own distinct color pattern, which is certainly...

Re: Get to Work released! First impressions....

Yeah. there's a few weird glitches... Had a sim abducted from right in front of some visiting sim and he never batted an over it.... Something that needs a fix.... So using the wormhole generator thing properly seems to be limited to the science center itself afaik.. I built one, before I needed to ...

Re: Get to Work released! First impressions....

Seems I have a few results to report on.... The science career does work normally as far as promotions received sending them to work as normal. You don't need to worry about those being too much of an issue, just look at the next level reqs first, there might be another time where you have to join t...

Re: Get to Work released! First impressions....

Heh, yeah, but I also found alien abductions are back... You never see the ufo [at least I didn't], but the sim doesn't necessarily react badly from what little I've seen.. My sim seemed noncommital about, be nice if she'd returned itchin for pregnancy test, but cant have everything. I most enjoy th...

Get to Work released! First impressions....

NORMALLY..... I'm not the one starting these sort of threads... :pan: This must be a terrifically busy time of year lately... Anyway, moving on... So, Get to Work came live on Origin at 9pm last night pacific time. But I only got into it today really. So far only looked at the detective line and I m...

Re: First expansion trailer released - On The Job/Get to Wor

Considering the price, I'm very pleased by the trailer, Inventions, circa sims 3, businesses.... what this may imply is a massive amount of map space opening up because while home businesses will be one portion of this, there is going to have to be more open space or more lots that people could buil...

What is challenging to you in Sims 3?

There was likely several topics long ago on roughly this sort of thing, but I've thought long over this subject a great deal. Experimenting with different relationship ideas, attempting to replicate a sibling rivalry arrangement [only worked out for the desired result once, but not that well..] [spo...

Re: Outdoor Retreat Game Pack - Jan 2015

The new pack is really good.... As for EA trying to break out of old labels... its difficult for them to truly break out of old habits. I feel they are trying to slowly break out of the cocoon they stuffed themselves into for the past 10 years. But the pack is as Abby says, really good buy, also rep...

Re: Relationships

I've done some testing on sibling relationships... like the pleasant twins in sims 2... its easier to maintain furious relationship between family, but also more difficult because of the death by anger and rel;ated sort of deaths.. Had that happen once where a loner sim died due to having so much st...

<keeps an eye on this ongoing event> <reads up on what is currently being asked of builders> Ah yes, I recall that.. This sort of thing sounds so very tempting to me.... Love to build, but tend to skimp on the little decor details... Will certainly keep an eye on this event however.
