Once an Oldie, Now a Newbie
Hi, guys! My name is Sam. I joined the old Boolprop when I was about 13, and I'm 22 now... so you could say I've been around awhile.
However, I've been absent a lot and I managed to miss the great migration, so I'm starting with a totally clean slate! Probably for the better, since I was pretty embarrassing as a preteen.
Anyway, a bit about me: I recently graduated with a degree in English Literature, and so far it's been extremely useful... Unemployment lends itself pretty well to hours upon hours of Simming. I'm Canadian, I live for free food, and I love cats. What else can I say? Oh, I play quidditch! (The real-life version, look it up.) I've been a beater for four years, and it's amazing. I also love making all kinds of things, and (just like everybody and their brother these days) I have designs of making a living as a writer.
I've been Simming since TS1. I own everything up to TS4, but I'm having trouble adjusting because TS3 is my baby forever and always. I have a legacy blog on the go -- The Dysfunkshinul Legacy is currently at Generation 4, and I'm having a blast with it. Feel free to check it out!
Thanks for reading, and I'll see you guys around

Hiya Sam,
I don't recall you from the last rendition of Boolprop, but I wasn't as involved then and as you say sometimes it's a good thing to be able to reinvent oneself.
There's always room at Boolprop for a new writer, it seems.
SO loving your new screen name and "Mrs. Nesbitt" avatar, tho! Nothing like a one-armed Buzz in a hat & frilly apron.

Thanks, Teresa and modelmgt! Nice to meet you both.
Hahaha, Buzz is my hero. It's a toss-up for best scene between that one and "delicious hot schmoes" from Toy Story 2. XD

Thanks, all of you guys!
Ani-Mei, nice to meet a fellow Ontarian! Although to be honest, I'd rather be in Kalos too.
Radiochocolate, there is! It started up about ten years ago in the States, and the rules are still being fine-tuned, but it's gotten to be a really big thing. This video does a pretty good job of explaining it.

Thanks for sharing it! I'd like to try that sometime, especially with the human snitches
Also, because WordPress is being a tewl and not letting me comment (nor read chapter 1.3), I'll just state it here. Your legacy is LOADS OF FUN TO READ. Maybe in order to reach out to more people (and as a good luck charm for this attempt) you could post a master post here on the forums? It'd make commenting and following easier too.
Motivational speech: If you let this one end up in the Hall of Fails, I'll unleash the nargles on you.

Re: Once an Oldie, Now a Newbie
Ahhh, thank you for saying so! Gosh darn Wordpress, after all the work I put into formatting it... *shakes fist* Anyway, Tewl could use an ego boost I'm always looking for new readers, so I may just take your advice.
Not the nargles! Actually, touch wood (definitely touch ALL the wood) this attempt is leaps and bounds ahead of anything I've done before. It really does seem like this'll be the one I finish. (Touching more wood now.)
