hey
Hey, I'm subtropicalhigh. I've been lurking these forums and reading some of the Sims 2 legacies, and decided to make an account here. I'm not sure if I'm going to post much, though, because I don't have the Sims 2 yet. I'll be getting the Sims 2 over spring break. I used to have the Sims 3, but I deleted it off of my mac because it was taking too much space, and now I'm left with random expansion packs, and I don't know how to get the Sims 3 back. (If someone could help me with that that would be great, but I'm kinda looking forward to the Sims 2 a little more).
I'm rambling on now.
I've played all of the Sims games except for the Sims 4, which I'm not really into right now. Out of all of the games, I loved the Sims 1 and Sims 2 equally. Looking back on it now, the Sims 3 was like the awkward teen years of this franchise. I don't know, I guess all of the sims just looked weird to me. I think it's the lighting. TS2 was probably the best out of all of the games right now, in my opinion.
Legacy wise, I'm more of a story driven kind of person. I'm looking forward to creating a legacy and developing characters, though I'm not sure if I would want to do slideshow format or something else, I tend to write a lot.
I can't wait to meet all of you guys and talk to you all.

Welcome to Boolprop.

Hey, welcome to Boolprop! If you registered your copy of TS3, you might be able to get it in your Origin library and reinstall it as a digital copy. I'm not sure, though, I generally stick to TS2 myself. In any case, welcome!

Heyy! Welcome to Boolprop. It's good to see more Sims 2 players heading over here, and to think everyone thought that TS2 would die when TS3 came out... q: What legacies have you been reading?

Welcome to Boolprop! Good to hear you got your games back!
Looking forward to seeing your legacies/stories!
This is so true haha, TS3 is the most chaotic, malfunctioning mish-mash of stuff EA has ever concocted. Fortunately for me I'm kind of a perpetual "awkward teen" myself so it's my preferred game. But hanging out on Boolprop has given me a serious itch to play TS2 again.subtropicalhigh wrote:Looking back on it now, the Sims 3 was like the awkward teen years of this franchise.
