I need to play TS4 some more but here's what I got.
Spoiler:
Melissa Davenport - from the TS4 CAS Demo.
Gina Medley - who I used to explore the game with when it first came out.
and Gwyn Pemberton who was the founder of my legacy which I need to work on at some point...

This is the most recent sim I've made. I am gearing up to do the Bachelorette Challenge.

This is Alexis Bolden
She is a model sim I created for Tumblr to do a cc lookbook.
She didn't get any love there so I thought I would share her here as well.
I don't play Sims 4 that often but I did make a simself with her vampire lover:

I don't know how to extract them or put them up for download though. I like her better than the first one I made. I just find Sims 4 clunky (I suck at building, can't figure out how to attach stairs to a foundation either) and I miss my 360 degree rotation camera that Sims 3 has, I am always looking for it when I play Sims 4.

@Ani-Mei you can switch the camera to the TS3 camera. Also you attach the stairs to a foundation by just hovering it over the edge of the foundation.
It can be awkward to figure out at first but once you get the hang of it building in TS4 is pretty easy.
Oh and to put them up for download you need to be in CAS. On the top right ... I think that's where it is, there is a folder looking icon.
You click on that and you can either save her to your library or upload her to the gallery.

I do switch it to the Sims 3 camera and I still can't get it the way I want. I miss the <+-> camera of Sims 3. I used the tilt up/down buttons a lot.

This is probably one of my favorite sims that I have made. She is a vampire, so side view too to see her ears. I forgot to take a pic of her dark form, but it's pretty gnarly. I haven't decided what I want to use her for yet. I play mostly MM or BG but I do have CC eyes and eyelashes.
Here's a few others.

This is Rhiannon
I created her to play while I waited for Seasons to come out. Long story short, she died in a blaze while cooking.
She just wouldn't listen to me So I gender swapped her and am playing her 'twin' brother.
This is her brother Ramiro
