As a personal challenge, I decided to have a go at creating Sim versions of the characters from the card game Gloom.

Here’s my attempt at the residents of Dark’s Den of Deformity.

These are strictly fan-made Sims - the original characters remain the property of Keith Baker and the game's publishers.

Thanks. Some of the outfits are more approximate than I would like - gutted I couldn't find a full chin beard for Samson! - but I'm glad they're passable, at least!

I've never heard of these games before but I LOVE the look of them them and your sim versions are great. I'll have to check the games out now <3

@Thaitanic - it's a very fun game. The humour's quite dark (think Addams Family / Tim Burton / Edward Gorey) but it's great for those who enjoy storytelling. Also, there's an interesting mechanic to it: you win by having good things happening to other player's families, and by bad things happening to your own.

Also, there's currently a Digital Edition in the works, which I'm REALLY looking forward to playing! My dear kooky misfits will have animations and voices!

Here’s my third attempt at a family: this time it’s the Slogars, or rather, three of the five. Lord Slogar (Brain in a Box) and Grogar (Work in Progress - i.e. a teddy bear / Frankenstein’s Monster hybrid) proved to be too big a challenge, as it’s hard to make Sims of non-human figures. I hope some clever creator might make modded objects I could use to represent them instead.

Yet again, these are strictly fan-made Sims - the original characters remain the property of Keith Baker and Atlas Games.
