I made apple cider caramel cookies, they were amazing!

My first batch of homemade cookies in many many years. They do taste quite good. The next batch will be made today as well (not all the cookies fit on the plate to go into the oven).
As you can see, one side of the oven is a lot warmer than the other parts.

My chocolate orange pumpkin shaped sandwich cookies, just for Halloween!

Its a chocolate mascapone center sandwiched between two orange flavoured cookies/biscuits (if you're British like me) They are supposed to look like pumpkins but you can be the judge of that.....

I made some kolakakor.

We make these for the 1st of november, and we call them the "bread of the dead"! They're delicious, with cocoa powder and dried figs!
