I made a Caesar salad from scratch! Made the dressing and the croutons... it was super fun and turned out fantastic!

Tried to recreate the salad I usually make with Thanksgiving leftovers (romaine, cucumber, turkey, dried cranberries/other berries, crushed almonds, sunflower seeds, and balsamic dressing) but obviously the turkey lunch meat didn't quite cut it. And my parents didn't have balsamic at their house, so I dumped in some weird herb dressing that ruined the whole thing. At least I ate some veggies, I guess? :P
