Ever tasted Lavender .... well you should!!!!
LAVENDER LEMONADE
6 cups of water
half a cup sugar
quarter cup of honey
3 tablespoons of dried lavender
2 cups lemon juice
Boil the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
Stir in the honey and lavender.
leave the liquid to sit for two hours. (in the fridge when it has gone cold)
strain the liquid to remove all the lavender.
squeeze all the juice out of the lavender.
Pour into a large jug and add the lemon juice and give it a good stir.
Try it!! It is refreshing on a hot day and lavender is the best herb to help you relax,
and the taste of lavender just might surprise you!!
