I think kolakakor is a kind of toffee biscuit? This is what I found somewhere, but I'm not sure though. I was curious as well.

The link Siem posted, that's pretty much what it is.
One cookie is kolakaka, two or more cookies are kolakakor. Kaka means cookie. Kola is toffee.

Rhea, they are a kind of chocolate sprinkles. It's very normal here to have that on your sandwich, the supermarket has quite a few different brands selling it. I love it and eat a lot of that stuff (it's tasty and easy).

I'm going to put those cinnamon rolls on my to-do list, they look great.

I love cinnamon rolls, but I spent an eon making a batch from scratch - including the dough! And then I had to go and screw them up royally by underbaking them. It was super sad. Christmas Eve too! Rosanna, yours looked GORGEOUS.

That looks so interesting to me. I have never seen sprinkles on a sandwich. Is that all there is on it or does it have butter or something?

A chocolate sprinkle sandwich usually has butter and sprinkles (you do need something to help keep the chocolate on the bread), some people use peanut butter. There may be other combo's, but those are the ones I know.
There are also fruit sprinkles to use on bread, but I really don't like those. With the chocolate ones, I prefer the dark chocolate ones. If they don't have a high enough amount of chocolate in it, they aren't allowed to be called hagelslag but have to be called chocofantasie or something like that.
The flat kind of hagelslag is called vlokken, they are also very nice on bread.

May I post something this round that is no cake or cupcake, but is something that is something that comes to my mind immediately when I think of birthdays and sweet stuff? There is chocolate involved…

Rosanna, that cake looks amazing!
