S is for Sims: A Name Game Challenge - FINISHED 7/18/21

Hey guys! This is my first time posting about one of my sims challenges, wish me luck! I decided on the Name Game Challenge for the Sims 4. I will update this first post as I go along.
I decided to use my simself, partly to get the extra points but partly because I couldn't think of another idea for my founder/their name. So, let me introduce Sarah Sims the sim!
She is a geek, a vegetarian, and good. Her aspiration is Nerd Brain. She even plays the sims, just like me!
About the only difference between us at this point is her plan to have at least five kids. I hope she's ready for this madness!

Chapter 1:

I moved Sarah into the big lot in Willow Creek, you know the one, just south of the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household. I started by building a small house with the remaining funds.
Sarah joined the Astronaut career. After a few days of building skills and meeting work requirements, the notification for Geek Con popped up. Being a geek herself, I thought this might be a good chance for Sarah to meet her potential husband. Unfortunately upon arrival....
All ladies! In fact there were only three dudes at the whole festival, Raj Rasoya,
Marcus Flex, in llama cosplay no less,
and Father Winter (not pictured). Sarah got to know both Raj and Marcus and little, and invited them over later. I was leaning toward Raj since he was a young adult and Marcus was an adult, but she got on so much better with Marcus. Plus, when she left for work, Raj rooted through her trash and watched tv while Marcus cleaned the house, so...
A few days later was Love Day....
Then I moved Marcus in to get them engaged and married in spite of his noncommittal nature.
And just like that, Sarah Sims became Sarah Sims Flex and our first pregnancy is underway! See you later for chapter 2!

Chapter 2:

When we left off, our founder Sarah (aka me, kind of) had just married Marcus Flex and was pregnant with her first baby. Before the birth, Marcus went out for Guys Night at the bar...
Then the next day, the pair headed to the hospital and Sylvester Flex was born!
I may have been a bit ambitious with the name, but that's the fun of it, right? A few days of skill building and several promotions later, Sylvester aged into a toddler.
Isn't he a cutie? No idea where that red hair came from. Since Sarah has to have five pregnancies, I was eager to get another underway. I restrained myself until such a time when I wouldn't end up with two toddlers simultaneously. Sarah went into labor right after work one day...
...and, you guys, she had twins. So much for the one toddler at a time plan. Meet Angelique Flex...
...and Alexis Flex!
The bedroom's looking a little crowded these days, but I'm glad to have the family well underway!
A few short days later, the girls aged up into toddlers just after Sylvester became a child (just as I planned), and coincidentally Marcus became an elder the next day!
I'm a little nervous that I won't have enough time for three more pregnancies before Marcus dies, but such is life. If the third pregnancy results in only one baby, I might forgo my one toddler at a time rule.
A rare shot of the two girls sleeping at the same time, and....
...Sarah taking some time off! Until next time!

Chapter 3:

I survived having two toddlers! I waited until they were almost children to get Sarah pregnant again...
Not sure if I ever mentioned that I put Marcus in the athlete career, bodybuilder track. Aren't you a little cold?
Before long, little Ryland was born!
And the girls became children
Things were really crazy for a while, so I didn't take a lot of pictures. This is Ryland as a toddler...
...and when I went to have Sarah paint Macrus's portrait, this was the face he made to be remembered by...
Then Sylvester became a teen, finally!
So handy to have someone else to help out!
Meanwhile, right after Ryland was born I got Sarah pregnant again because I'm worried about Marcus being so old. I present to you, Alfonzo!
Sarah is currently pregnant with her last baby, whose name will begin with H. This period of time is crazy, but loads of fun!

Chapter 4:

To start us off, we have our sixth and final baby of the first generation, Hawkeye!
Look at how happy Marcus is! I'm glad he's lived long enough to at least meet all of his children.
Six kids later, still has a great body!
I wanted to capture this moment of Angelique chatting on the computer because this was the moment when, for the first time since this game came out, I completed the Social Butterfly aspiration! Her last task was to max her social skill.
Hawkeye became a super cute toddler
Sarah maxing out her logic skill under our great collection of family portraits! I'm doing these for the points, but I also love collecting stuff like that.
Not sure how those two are still sleeping, but okay.
And finally, the twins became teens and Alfonzo became a child.
Exciting times! Now that Sarah is done having babies I can focus on having everyone do skills and aspirations. Marcus is still alive somehow, I think his age bar has been sparkling for over a week. Is it because he's active?
In any case, we're going to need an heir poll soon! When do people usually do them? It's a little odd to vote when they're all different ages, but I don't see another way. Should I do it when Hawkeye becomes a child, or wait for Sylvester to be YA? Or something else? Let me know!

Chapter 5:

To start off this chapter, I renovated the Name Game Estate to accommodate the growing family
I added a second bathroom and a bedroom for the boys. I subsequently added two more beds to the boys room since there are four boys, even though Sylvester still has his own room for now. I ran out of money to expand the living room and kitchen, so more renovations are for sure in our future.
Then, right after he got home from work one day, Marcus finally kicked the bucket
I'm planning to build a nice graveyard in the back of the house once we save up some more money, but for now his grave is back there near Sarah's rocket ship.
On a happier note, we then had Harvestfest. So may gnomes!
This is the current gnome collection, in case anyone is keeping score
Next up, there was some romance in the air. Sylvester got himself a girlfriend named Ayaka
And Alexis now has a beau named Raynesh
And finally, a few birthdays. Hawkeye became a child (hooray no more toddlers! for now, lol)
And we have our first young adult!
Now that all the kids are children or older, time for an heir poll!
