Rhodes to Riches, COMPLETED July 13

So, I am finally migrating back to the Sims, and it is also time for Boolprop's SimNano challenge during the month of July, so this is the challenge chosen.

[tab=30]First, for SimNano, my goal for the month is to write 25,000 words. I do not have a picture challenge this time around - it is all about the words.
While my Personal Goal will be 25,000 words, the stretch goal is 50,000, so that is there waving at me.
For accounting, I will be posting the word count next to the chapter link in this post, so that I can see at a glance where I stand.

[tab=30]Second, I am adjusting the rules for the Rags to Riches slightly. I am sure these are not unique rules, but I don't claim to have written them initially.
The specific rules that I will be using are detailed out in my Getting Started post, which will be posted on July 1.
