Succession Law
Gender Law: Equality: The Founder may be of either gender. Both boys and girls are eligible for the title of heir.
Bloodline Law: Traditional: Children who are naturally born from the previous generation are eligible to be named heir. Adopted children are ineligible to be named heir unless there are no naturally born children, at which point they become eligible for that generation.
Heir Law: Genetic: Children will inherit based upon genetics in the following order: Green skin or normal skin + Female over male + Youngest over older + Occult over non-occult
Species Law: Tolerant: Children of any species are eligible to become heirs

Spouses
Spouses will be chosen from the Boolprop simselves / Boolprop created sims from the gallery. The most current gender appropriate sim will be chosen at random and without regard to traits. from the game. There are enough to choose from with the expansion packs out now and if the selection dies off, #legacyloves will be added to the town.

Children
All traits will be rolled starting from the time the rules were published (generation 3 is already born, so it will be effective with generation 4)

Scoring
The legacy will not be scored for points, other than generation completion points and household net worth at the end of the legacy.

But Cricket seems great! Also I think they put out a story on that girl and why her name is so long? But I don't remember it..

I did move them from the prebuilt house to an empty lot but I really wanted to use freerealestate to get them into a larger house. I was good though, still haven't cheated.

Having no adults is interesting - there is no repair service and no income - they can't afford to pay the bills and replace the broken stuff - and they can't take the chance on repairing the electrical stuff yet

Theo and Tabby were both born with that color. No idea where it came from so not quite sure how the genetics are working. Also because there isn't an adult, and because changing appearance takes the entire family back into CAS (not just the one you are trying to change) I can't change anything as there has to be an adult and CAS won't let me save without adding an adult. blah blah blah
