Welcome to Round 42 folks!


For this August round, give us a small multi-story house!
More specifically a house with at least 2 stories and on the smallest lot available for the game of your choice!
It's time to get creative! The more levels you have, the more people your house can hold! Post your entries here!
You have the rest of the month of august to make your build.

Very nice builds. I have a house that is one of my favs but it's not on the smallest lot possible, so I'll have to work on this and get posted a little later this week.

Everyone's builds are looking awesome!

So I built my spare a house on the smallest lot in my town for this.. but the smallest lot in my town is 20x30. I tried to keep it to what would technically fit on a 20x20 lot, thinking that was the smallest in game. Looking above, it appears there are smaller lots. I hope this still counts.


(2 car garage, 3BR, 3.5 BA, could easily be 5 BR)

Top floor:

(A master and two additional bedrooms each with an attached bathroom, as well as space to develop into what you want - rec room, hobby room, additional bedroom, etc)

Main floor:

Kitchen, living area, dining room, study, entry with powder room, two car garage.

Mine is on a 15x10 lot, but the actual house is 8x6.

(2 beds, 1 bath. There is space for 2 adults, 2 child/teens and one baby)

Master bedroom, bathroom, laundry room. Spiral stairs is behind a closed off wall so passerby's don't disturb sleeping sims.

Outside the nursery is a roof seating area.





Top down view shows the top roof hot tub. I did notice the mailbox off in another world, so I put it between the wall and the water slide.

Ok, finally finished my house. The pictures are a little crazy, but hopefully, you get the idea. This is in TS2, who's smallest lot is thin and long.


From the outside, it reminds me of an apartment building, but you can see we have a couple of balconies and a garden to the side. So to start, let me just do the top-down pictures of each floor.

ALREADY TURNED IN AN ENTRY, NO NEED TO AWARD ANOTHER STAR!

I finally found where the 10x10 lot (smallest lot in TS3) is and how to place one. So I've got a re-do.

3 BR, 1 BA, under 15K unfurnished, under 20K furnished (and has all main skill objects). I THINK everything is base game objects too, if anyone's interested in a tiny home. LOL

Top floor: 3 bedrooms (one single-bed bedroom includes easel, one includes bookshelf & chair)


1 bath, and open-concept living area. Chess, guitar, TV, mirror, and the all-important smoke alarm inside. Outside there's a stand for your bike, and a fenced in area should you choose to garden.
