No it is for everyone
there are 19 things to do there ... I stated to do 12

there are only 2 things there that i think are sims 3 only ... kissing a frog and kissing booth

all the rest you can do in sims 4 im sure!!

Which ones in particular do you feel you can't do in TS4? I helped approve the list to make it TS4 capable so I thought I had covered a majority of it!

Sims 4 doesn't have a matchmaker or fortuneteller.
They can't slow dance or send love letters. They can dance in proximity to each other but not together.
Leaping into arms is autonomous and happens after a proposal, but I am not sure if it happens every time.

I think there are 13 that are doable in Sims 4 easily. I am going to be doing the list with my bachelorette today so will verify them.

For Bingo, is it possible to add numbers that were drawn but we missed? I'm only one away from a blackout because I apparently missed copying the code for only one number. I checked every day but just missed this one number.

Yes, Julie posted on the bingo thread to have people come in and check their numbers. I would also pm Julie afterward so that she knows and can update your card.
