A new update for the EPIC is here. I cannot believe we are just breezing through Gen 3 already. It feels like we just started this challenge not too long ago. :) Been a ton of fun to play. The update will be posted below and in the first post on this thread.

Spoiler:
Some sims just seem to flock to graves. It always makes me sad when sims go out there to mourn.

I think Jungle Adventure is so fun with all the little surprises it throws at you. Though skeleton Lindsey is kind of scary, but the skeletons spook me. :)

Lara is cute!

I'm happy Belle and Francis got to spend some time together.

Jungle Adventure was SO MUCH FUN!!! I loved going through the temple and the skeleton was so funny to me. She was all bejeweled looking. I can see why they might spook you though. :)

I love Lara! She is going to be a hoot to play I think.

There is another update for the EPIC today. I was on a roll of playing and updating there for a bit. I'm almost out of updates and haven't had as much time to play so far this week, but hopefully, more will be coming soon. In the meantime enjoy this latest update. The link is below and in the first post of this thread.

I feel like I have had a lot of deaths lately in my updates. I must just have my generations somewhat matched right now.

Yes light bulbs were VERY exciting to get! Also indoor plumbing was HUGE. Now if I could just get the ghosts to stop breaking my sinks.

Congratulations on all the unlocks!

Congratulations on your nomination!
Spoiler:
Something about having electricity, but only being able to live in basically a log cabin seems a bit backwards to me, but rules are rules.

Everything about that picture of Lara is cute: her reading, her little outfit, the cushions!

Lara's a cute kiddo! I love it when they want to bring home kids from school.

You're moving right along!

I'm a little biased about Lara, but I think she is just adorable. I can't believe it's Gen 4 already. It seems to move so fast!

Thanks so much. It was really cool to get the nominations I did. :)
Spoiler:
I know the walls still having to be wood makes me laugh. If I had finished painting in Gen 2 that wouldn't be the case, but I didn't, so here we are. :)
I LOVED that picture of Lara on the cushions. She is just too cute, even though I know I am biased. :D
It's hard to believe we will be starting gen 4 before too long. It feels like it's gone so fast! Thanks for reading you guys!!!!

Another update is ready for the EPIC.

I will also mention. I have been doing some optimization for the blogs and hoping to get it to load faster and not take up quite so much space with pictures and things. To that end I have converted and should have fixed all links to the pictures so they link to a lower quality (screen viewing quality vs print.) If you happen to notice any broken links, missing pictures, or anything that just seems wrong, please let me know so I can go fix it. I have been trying very hard to test all the pages, but that doesn't mean I couldn't miss something here or there. :)

Spoiler:
I think having the scarecrow to help shouldn't be a problem. In Sims 2 you build your servo and I have that help with the gardening. If you sort of build it you not actually adding sims.

I especially think that's true seeing as how he goes back to his tree every night. If I was using him to help Kiana reach the top of the gardening career I could see that possibly being an issue, but as it is, he's not controllable or playable in any sense. I just figured it's hard to keep up that garden with just Ferdinando.

Spoiler:
I'm glad Ferdinando wasn't too mean to Lara about her gift. It always makes me sad when they get that little 'unappreciated gift' moodlet.

Good luck on finding all the relics! Jungle Adventures is fun. I managed to collect all of them with one of my sims before, but it took a little work.

I do think your generation 3 is awesome. You have some great sims!

Yes, I was glad too, but he was a good dad. :)

Jungle Adventure is a ton of fun. I am having a ball. With Lara getting older I plan to take Lindsey back to the jungle soon to see if we can find more stuff.

This generation has done AWESOME, I'm so proud of them. It makes me very excited for Gen 4.
