I'm enjoying your take on this! I wanted to go after all the male premades I wasn’t a fan of, but they got old or died too soon. I went with husbands only due to having the same line of thinking you had. Yeah dealing with the Strangerville side effects are annoying, but I loved that you went with old man George and his bunker first. Yeah having the last names Hunington III isn’t fantastic. Oh well, you seem to be making quick work through the guys. Good job!

I'm hoping I get to continue to be a little picky about spouses, be it for gender or otherwise. If I form attachment it's always with female premades or I guess old men with cool bios, but we'll always remember George. <3 The other old men of the game are a lot more loaded than him and I'm being patient with money, though it didn't take long for Marg to be pretty well-loaded cash-wise herself (Selling J's house easily got her over 100k in funds). She's both the sugar momma and the trophy wife all at once!

I got my first four spouses out of the way in 24 real-life hours. I'm currently on #7 but it's time to relax a little, I kind of want to see if my current teen of the house will grow up or if I can just age him up early.

Yeah, I've kind of left that upgrade up to interpretation too. A lot has been more money, but dating someone famous and dating a vampire I see as upgrades. Oh well.

Most of the Playful moodlets fade quickly. Same with embarrassment. Anger...well...can confirm it works due to some moodlets like being cheated on or getting divorced last forever.

For me, embarrassment fit Diego as a character (since he's so wrapped up in pride) but after it failed on me once I wasn't going to touch that one again. I took some cues from Laurel for Marg's jaunt through San Myshuno and by that I mean there's not exactly an endless amount of routes through there so I picked the ones I found the easiest.

Honestly I wanted to go with embarrassment for Diego as well, but that didn't work.

That was one of the things I hated about the apartments. Not much room to stuff the kids in.

Baby genetics are weird. They only have three skin colors, and usually they don't match what the actual kid will look like at all.

Seeing that you were able to get Vlad to fall in love with Marg gives me hope it won't take very long for me.

I definitely glossed over how hard it was to woo Vlad. He's difficult to build friendship with and I couldn't use the cloudgazing trick as much since he'd burn to a crisp before I needed him to. It worked at night at least. I recommend the club trick. It doesn't have to be Partihaus (I just joined them since they're a fun crew), any club made to encourage romance will work including new ones.
