Hello, everyone! On the older boolprop I had an alphabetacy I used to post updates for, but I have lost interest in continuing to write about that family. I have decided to start a shorter challenge on the new boolprop (gotta get those medals), so I went with an OWBC. As school is starting up for me this week, and I want this to be a fun challenge instead of a chore, I'll be doing very casual posts/updates on my simblr. It's a lot quicker than posting a large update on my livejournal, and being able to post as I play means I won't forget any details between taking the pictures and uploading them.
Since reading them will be a bit tricky for anybody who doesn't follow me on tumblr, I will have a link for each batch of updates that will show all the posts in chronological order. Updates will consist of 3 posts a day, spread out over a week or more. You can either check the link daily to see new content, or wait until the update has been fully posted.
Incomplete updates will have a symbol next to them, and it will be removed once all the posts are up.
They're easy once you get the hang of them. *has already completed 3 of them* One day I will get back into the swing of simming, once NaNo is over and I'm sure of which way my cat's health is going to go...you never really realize how much it affects you until you try to maintain some semblance of normalcy. Anyway, made my vote and read the chapters so far. Nice start and how did you build the green house on the decking foundation?

Yeah, I've played a couple of legacies and my alphabetacy prior to this, so it wasn't too hard to adjust to the rules. I find the hardest part is just keeping interested in the family, but having all of the new content from the ultimate collection really helped with that.
And thank you! Honestly for the greenhouse I just laid some foundation down (I think it was the brick one), and then put the greenhouse walls on top of them. No cheats or tricks needed.

Glad to hear that! I've queued up a bunch of posts so that my blog won't be inactive while I struggle to finish all of my final projects, and I think I have the next update set to release on December 3rd.
Update 11 is out! Apologies for the short delay; I was on vacation for the last half of my break, and didn't have a chance to upload the pictures until this weekend.
Just read the entire thing, I'm loving it! Cute Sims, cute couples, and cute building/decoration! Birch has been my favorite, from youth to elderly. Laurel is a close second. Your game is so beautiful, gosh. You'll have that flamingo very soon, it seems!

Thanks, Chase! Laurel and Birch are my favourites, too. I'm hoping I'll have that medal before I finish my semester, but we'll have to see.
Update #15 is posting this week, and with that this OWBC is complete! I'm not sure if I should report the thread now, or after the pictures have finished posting...
