Just curious as I'm playing, I'm noticing on Sims 4. Sims need to be a higher level in a career to hit each branch. Which makes sense, IDK if any of the sims will be promoted (haven't played much). Or if I ever will find out if they did get promoted since it just shows their career in the friend's panel no branches or what their specific job is.

Was just curious what others do to get the points?

Personally, I used MCCC to see their specific career level. Also, if you don't use or want to use MCCC, you can ask about their career right before you kiss them, and the notification will tell you their title. While the friends panel only shows their career.

To clarify - Kat would ask their career, then kiss them, and after she had the kiss, I would use MCCC to get the information on the sim for my spreadsheet.

I'm a bit annoyed that the game doesn't let you know if your Sim's Good Friend had a promotion... I usually check when they first meet and am a bit bummed it can't be brought up again.

I think I will test it out without MCC because I have no desire to play with it and see if I can still hit my 1000 point goal. I can see through keeping it this way for the points making sense, but also see that many of my in-game sims are in writing or culinary. Finding a roaming sim in a different field has had me extra curious whenever I find them!

I'd like to try this one but I just wanted to check... can you kiss Bigfoot without mods? What about the other vacation "secret characters"? I've got a mod that lets you have a romantic relationship with Bigfoot, but I don't remember if just kissing is possible without mods.
