New Rosewick BACC [DEAD]

My latest attempt at the Build a City Challenge, using the original rules (here) and extracted Sims from my previous BACC 'hood. I'm hoping to actually be able to complete this for once. I've tried the BACC so many times since first discovering it and I've never completed it. Feel free to follow me on tumblr so that you can stay up to date, as I only update this thread when the tag for each family's season has fully posted on my tumblr. I'll also post town overviews and updates that will be tumblr exclusive (so I won't link them here).
No longer updating due to possible 'hood corruption.

I've had this update posted for a while but I forgot to link to it. In my defense, I've been playing a lot of Assassin's Creed: Origins lately and haven't really done much on my laptop.
