Hey there! Hi there! Ho there!

I have been busy making improvements around the college neighborhood.

Today's victim contender is Fiesta Swim Center in La Fiesta Tech!

In a nutshell, it's evident that this little premade lot was slapped together, and was in dire need of a redo!
