Exporting lots and putting them up for download

Exporting lots and putting them up for download

Postby nooboostar » July 17th, 2019, 4:36 am

Hi, everyone! Hope you're all doing great. ^^

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how can I export my lots from the game?

Also how can I make them available for download? I'd like to make them available here, as well as on my LJ (LiveJournal). Do I convert them into ZIP files, for example? Do I have to put them on a third-party downloading site and provide a link, or can I just put the download directly on Boolprop and my blog?

I've never done this before, so it's all new to me. I'd really appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks in advance! :D

I'm trying to remember here since it's been forever since I've played Sims 2, but I think you have to build the lot, save it to the library, then export lot to file. Since the Exchange is no longer alive, you have to upload it to a third party site like box.net then provide the links on your LJ. You can link the download here but you have to host the file somewhere else. It should appear in your EA Games or Electronic Arts folder on your computer under Saved Lots.
