Glad to hear that! I was worried that an entire rotation's worth of updates at once would just be daunting, haha.
As long as you don't give them the sloppy traits, werevamps are pretty good to play with! I think that was my mistake with Scott.
Winchester: I would have liked to see who the kids all ended up with if we had something like ACR for 4. I think a lot of my sims end up hanging around in their pjs and undies, but it's very noticeable with Jeff and Alec because they don't wear as much clothing.
My lady sims usually get a shirt to wear with their panties, at least. I'll have to attempt to get Rocket into a pool at some point in the future! To be honest I'm a huge cat lady irl, and I kinda forgot that dogs could swim altogether.
And I knoooow, I want to give them their baby but they've just finished their last rotation as adults in my game. It's time to let the kids take over, and move all the original neighbours out to a nice lil retirement home! (And then continue to document the all shenanigans that I'm sure will ensue.)
Olsen: They absolutely would find a way to set themselves on fire in a pool. That's just how sims be.
I am excited to start playing all the kids as adults! The vet clinic has been fun to run so far; I've just barely scratched the surface of playing with all the business aspects in 4 (RIP once again to Alec's restaurant dreams...), but so far the vet clinic has to be my favourite. It works well, and it's fun to play! Scott would have definitely pooped his own pants if he had been there at the vet clinic. Thankfully he has not shown up yet; Leo has taken on all the vet duties so far.
DiCarlo: Honestly whenever I see one of my Paraneighbours out and about while I'm playing another family, I always keep an eye on them to see what they get up to. Alec just made that very easy by letting himself into the actual apartment. And same, family is nice sometimes, but whenever I spend a little too much time around mine I start looking for somewhere to hide... They do deserve better, so I ended up giving Lilith & Caleb a little side adventure for rotation 12.
Cas and Jasper's 'chaperoned' date was easily the best date I've ever experienced in a sims game. Jeff and Alec really love spying on their children.
Mortis: Of all the sims I
thought I was going to have to keep an eye on to make sure they don't kill themselves (
Scott), Zoe was probably last on my list, haha. The secret lots really need a community lot, or something. I guess they're supposed to be private and a little secretive, but they're kinda just glorified fishing spots? Using it for weddings sounds like a good idea. Omg yes, this little shit constantly steals his moms' food regardless of whether he can eat it or not. And the death flowers do need to be given by someone else! I ended up giving Jeff a gym buddy consisting of his kids and/or husbro to make sure they could save him if necessary.
Rudolf: Skeletons make the best bedroom decor, obviously; I like to think Cole would incorporate it into his flirting routine - "Hey baby, wanna bone?" as he waves a little skeleton arm in the air. I kinda wish vampires could actually get sunburns, because Felix getting one would be hilarious. Almost as hilarious as him being Doctor "Unflirty" Felix Rudolf, woohoo talk expert.
(Camille should be glad the skeleton wasn't incorporated.) Really? You gotta keep an eye out for them! I usually see them swimming around the buoys, although being a mermaid does make it extremely easy because I think they can just summon one at will.
Talbot: Pooping upon arrival at a new lot seems to be Mars' thing now. "This is my vet clinic now", "This is my house now", etc, I guess you're right about marking his territory, haha. It's actually not too hard, the most challenging part is just not being able to bathe dogs on the lot. Scott being a vampire helps because he doesn't need to cook. And that is very true, I am now disappointed whenever Scott makes it through a rotation without pooping his pants.
I am so happy I had Scott and Eugene break up, because Leo is where it's at.
Irving: She definitely seems more interested in cute alien mergirls than sloppy werevamps who poop their pants.
I kinda wish we could give the TLC traits to other lots, because I think having the little mice/rats pop up in my witchy sims' cottages would be cute. I think there was a mod for it, but I'm not sure if it still works. The holiday plushies are very cute, but from now on i'm just gonna go into debugged buy mode if I want them, haha. I am not sure where Cole got that many frogs from, but that just makes it funnier. Something about showing up to a flea market in a too-large suit with a table full of frogs is just very Cole.
