Since a few have been asking me....here are a couple in game screenshots. One has a grumpy sim storming through the park, one shows my sim jogging and just how many sims are roaming the neighbourhood in the background, and one shows my sims being a grouchy pouty pants.
Oh woah, that looks pretty cool! They remind me of looking closer to TS2 sims than TS3's weirdness, and I like that. I also really enjoy how the pregnant sims look, it looks realistic and no stupid maternity clothes.

I honestly dont mind the look of ts2 or ts3 the only thing that bugged me about ts2 was you had your face 1 sim and basically every other sim was not very attractive (to me at least) and now I definitely cant wait until friday when i can get my hands on it
I would say this game is hand down better than TS3, so far. I haven't gotten too deep into it yet. The sims do look a lot better. Whispiee your sim is adorable!
Brandi is not amused at her parents trying to learn how to text. Yes, I started my sims 4 adventure right, with remade Bob, Betty and Brandi Newbie to go through the tutorial
I got a little picture happy, so I'm including the rest in a spoiler
Spoiler:
Shanna Wentworth is not amused at nearly dieing trying to make mac n cheese:
Her sister Jenna was less than sympathetic, even though she gained a confident mood from putting the fire out (love the faces this sim pulls)
Shanna is a geek, so she'll get upset if she doesn't play games every once in a while - guess what game she prefers to play:
Flo and Ruby Broke (recreated by me) taking a mother daughter selfie:
This was cute:
Until Brandi rejected Skip and they both were embarrassed
And that's what I have for now - so far I like it. But I've been just playing with adults and teens, and quite frankly from the glitches I've seen with babies, I'm a little hesitant to play them.
I had the first wedding event in my game last night - it was scored sort of like dates in Sims 2 but instead of wants that made the score go up, there were different actions that made the score go up. I must say the wedding arch is gorgeous.
Those two are my remade Flo and Flat Broke (Skip's parents) that I forgot to marry in CAS, which was annoying to me at first since they had kids together, but started out with no relationship, but I liked it in the end because of getting to have the first wedding in game.
Thanks I was in love with the wedding arch, it was really beautiful.
Yes, relationships are definitely more difficult to build than they were in Sims 2. But you can repeat the same interactions in a row again unlike in 3, so that's good since the flirty interactions past compliment appearance are readily declined at the beginning. Though I've found if I'm able to get both of the sims into a flirty mood, the courtship is much quicker.
