This is my first year on the forum, and I really love the idea of yearly awards for various things. It's a really nice way to get your favourite authors/users noticed, and it's heart-warming to see that you stand out to some people with your challenges, characters etc. when they nominated you for stuff. Certainly didn't expect my first ever Sim-Lit to get a Best Rare Challenge nomination X_X

Thanks to the mods/admins for setting all this stuff up! I really like that there are awards for things like avatars and signatures as well as just Sim-Lit/Challenge related stuff; I always am amazed at how people make such gorgeous userbars and story-headers and such. Some of the choices for me were actually quite hard, I have so many favourite stories on this site and so many things I closely follow! Also thanks to everyone for the nominations as well, you're all too kind! Good luck to you all
