Welcome to the the new boolprop!
Spoiler:
I really liked the chapter with the Kotzlows! Also, have you tried building a little pond around Sylvesters tombstone? If there is enough land left around the island to let the ghost materialize, he should be stuck there + free fishing.

Did Zosia wear custom glasses and were they flashing blue? I've learned at some point how to fix that - if you could tell me where you downloaded them, I could send you a fixed version..

Twilightoutside,
Spoiler:
Glad you liked the chapter!
Their backyard is pretty small, and I do have a graveyard already built that's sitting empty, so I'll probably just move the stone to the graveyard.
Yes, Zosia's glasses were custom, but I think I'm just going to find and take out the custom glasses and put her in regular ones. Thanks for the offer, though!
Simsimity, glad you're enjoying the story!

Ha, I was just thinking while playing my own BaCC: I wonder when there will be a new Willow Valley update, and here it is!
Spoiler:
Fun update! I've never really played the Ottomas family, are they a fun family to play? It seems kind of hectic to me to start with such a big family right from the start. You manage it really well though! But then again, you're used to big families.
I love how everyone brings everyone home in Willow Valley! It's really a community. I hope to get that with Blueberry Island soon. Just can't find enough time to play it, let alone update... :(
Poor Samantha, with her cheating husband... He always did seem like a bit of d-bag to me. Hopefuly they'll work it out, since there's a LOT of kids to take care of.
Wow, you're almost at the end of another rotation! Can't wait to read more :)

Anne,
Spoiler:
The Ottomas family is a little hectic. I don't know what I would have done without Dora; I'm going to be really sad when she's gone.
It's really fun to have a town where just about everybody knows each other, and everybody's aging at the same rate.
Peter definitely seems to me like kind of a jerk. Poor Samantha. If she'd rolled the want to throw him out I would have done it, but for now I'm still watching to see what they're going to do. But, on the other hand, he is bringing in some decent money with his promotions.

Yay for Ottomai!
Spoiler:
I've always felt bad that Dora starts out so far along in age, because she's a rather nice grandmother.

I like Peter's used car lot. Do you have to use the round display thingies in order to sell cars?

You can tell by the view from their house that Willow Valley is filling up.

I look forward to seeing how the twins turn out.

Update! It's the last Uni chapter of the season!

Lorin,
Spoiler:
Thought I had already responded to this. *sigh*
I love Dora too. She definitely got the short end of the stick.
I have the car displays, although you could probably use cheats to sell them without. They do take up an awful lot of room.
Willow Valley is definitely getting a bit busy! I think the twins just might turn out ok.

Yay, update!
Spoiler:
It's always fun to see what the college kids are getting up to. There are a lot of them at the moment! It's nice to see some of the kids settling down with each other. It's interesting to see playables end up together, isn't it?
Will you do another State of the Town type post at the start of next season? I'd love to see what the neighbourhood (and sub-neighbourhood(s)) look like right now, and get to know all the ins and outs. :)
Edit: Question! How do you get your students to go to their exam earlier? Do you have some kind of hack/mod or do you use the boolprop code or the Insimenator? Or something else entirely. :P

Hey! :)
Spoiler:
I'm finally all caught up! Your uni updates always make me wish that I have a university in my own hood! I still have quite a lot to go before that's possible though!
"It wasn’t long before they moved into the TV room, where the couch is hardly ever used for watching TV." <- that line and many others really cracked me up :D
Your simself's cute! :) You have a lot of graduates which means there will be many new households next rotation! Keep the updates coming! :)

It's the last update of the rotation!
There may be a bit of a delay before moving on to the next season. The good news is that it's because I'm moving my neighborhoods over to a new computer, with better graphics and hopefully less glitchiness!

Anne,
Spoiler:
I definitely like pairing up playables. Especially since it decreases the number of households I'll have to play once they graduate!
I am planning to do a State of the Town post. I somehow managed to acquire over half a million dollars in taxes and school fees this rotation, so I'll have to show what I'm spending it on!
I use the College Clock, from MATY. Every college household has one, and I love it.
Mar,
Spoiler:
You can get that university! If you're really eager, you can always have a sim who can dazzle open up a venue business and con townies into paying thousands of dollars per hour for the privilege of hanging out.
It is true that nobody ever watches TV...they just go in to pick the money trees or woohoo on the couch.
My simself looks nothing like me. I tried, but it just wasn't happening. So I went with "reasonably cute" instead.
Surprisingly, even with 9 college graduates that will be played in summer, there will only be 3 new households of graduates. But there will also be at least two CAS households, and the Nanales will move out on their own, so it'll be a busy season.
platformperil,
Spoiler:
Welcome/welcome back! Glad you're enjoying the story!

Green energy FTW!

:dizzy: I cannot imagine playing that many Sims through Uni and still keeping my sanity. Talk about rinse and repeat! It's nice that there will be some college sweetheart couples heading back to Willow Valley though. :)

I like the Wheeler's lot. I can't believe how different your Ryan looks from mine. Do you like playing him as much as I do?

Nice updates, and best of luck getting everything on your new computer!

Lorin,
Spoiler:
It is indeed a little difficult playing through Uni. That may have something to do with the fact that the last dorm only got about half a dozen pictures... It does give the sims time to find their mates, though...or work out their "play the field" Romance urges.

I do like Ryan, although so far it's been mostly skilling and work. I'll get to have more fun with him once he's a mad scientist.

66 CAS sims, how do you even get that many? I feel fortunate to have like... 2. And here you are with enough to add families forever!

See, now I wish I had Noelle's luck when it came to my Apocalypse.

Can't wait for more!

Great update, Willow Valley has a real sense of history now. The mausoleum is cool.

I liked the State of the Town update a lot too. I love getting a glimpse into what players are thinking/planning/altering as their strategies and play styles evolve with their growing cities.

You're doing so well, keep up the great work!

platformperil,
Spoiler:
In the beginning I limited it to one CAS household every other season, so I didn't get overwhelmed. Now I'm up to 2 new CAS households each season, and I think I'm going to keep it at that, since it takes forever to play through a rotation already.
Noelle's been abducted 3 times total, which I think is a record for me. One of these days, though, I'm going to have a Knowledge sim who doesn't get married and just has a house full of alien babies.
Lorin,
Spoiler:
I've found that strategy definitely has to change. And my strategy of using money to buy buildings in the main hood turned out to be very unproductive. I like having the loans available, although I'll probably cap those funds at a million. Glad you're enjoying!

Spoiler:
I loved your state of town update! You have quite a system going on in Willow Valley and I'm a sucker for organised stuff so kudos to you! :)
The aliens must really, REALLY love Noelle! I've never had a sim get abducted so many times! I've also noticed throughout your updates that your townies are quite the gift givers (and expensive gifts at that!) Also congratulations on having a population over 8000! You're getting close to hitting 10,000! :)
