I do love a picnic and chatting to friends, at least there is no social distancing here we can have and virtual high fives. What your favourite thing to bring to a picnic? I like having sausage rolls, a cake and cola. I am a very classy lady

Theoretically Emma, I think there is plenty of social distancing here .... there is probably at least 300 miles between me and you

true . Ok so we do have a platter of cheese to chose from too. What about some picnic games, game of cricket anyone?

not a fan of cricket either but being ever so English, game of rounders or I spy. Music yeah any preference some good old eighties songs Wham Club Tropicana.

for me being ever so English is football.

The 80s NOW is not my favourite era of music. I loved it at the time, but I have kind of kept up with modern music

I think I'll sit down by the picnic basket and check out the goodies. I might forego any physical activities so that no one accidentally gets hurt in this picnic... It's probably not a good idea to give me a cricket bat - or any other bat for that matter.

Oh yes that's a good non-dangerous activity. I have some sunscreen here by the picnic basket if anyone needs some! We don't want to look like boiled lobsters in the end.

Yay a picnic! I love a good picnic, although haven't done one in a long time. Probably would spend more time watching the physical activity then actually participating. I'll listen to the music (I'm not overly picky actually, like a variety) and enjoy the food and the company.

But Ceresin picnic in the virtual world can be as warm as you like. The UK have had the best 10 ten weeks of sunshine for a very long time.

Yay, picnic! We usually don't make many picnics where I live, I think the coser I can remember is when we go to the zoo and stop to sit around on the grass and eat some fruit

Here in my city the skies are gray a lot lately, so it's nice to be somewhere were we don't have to worry about rain putting a stop on the fun!

Please nobody bring anything in vinegar to the picnic or I'll be puking all over the blanket!!
....im allergic to vinegar ... even the smell has me

but you have brought up a valid point ..... we DONT THINK about those of you on the opposite side of the planet to us, who are going through different seasons mmmm I wander what I can do with that

At least for now we can all virtually enjoy a summer day outside, even if it isn't summer and we can't be outside with each other in RL. It's nice too just come hang out with you all here.

As long as there is some fruit around I'm good. Love me some fruit, especially fresh.

Yeah fruit would be good for me trying to cut down. Maybe also have game of rounders (sort like baseball) need to get fit.

I could give it try not very good at any sports but I do like to have fun

I'll let my midwest US side show and suggest some games of cornhole. As far as food, we'll definitely need some dessert.. peanut butter pie? Peach cobbler?
