Who's good at creating custom sims?

I'm really lousy at it, myself. I have a friend who sent me a picture, and I'm trying to make a sim of him, but I just can't seem to do it, especially since I have no custom content. But even with custom content, I'm just lousy at it.

Anyone want to take a crack at it, please?

Yes, that is the head of King Louis the *mumblemumblecant'remember* of France, pasted on a body of... I think it might be Bruce Springsteen? I didn't make it. Anyway, if anyone wants to take up a challenge for creating a sim, I'd really appreciate it.
