Skiillo's Household Skills Project - Dec 14

Post by CeresIn »

Welcome to this new challenge, The Household Skills Project. This project is large one because it tries to explore all what the game has to offer, it's multigenerational, in my case it will last more than twenty generation.

To quote the introduction in the challenge page:

"The aim is to explore the game - over the generations, to live in every town, max every skill and every career and complete every LTW."

This is done by unlocking one skill per house, sometimes two skills are permitted. Once unlocked, that skill is free to be used in future houses, but no sim can learn an unlocked skill.

Spoiler:
Green's my go-to for matching with pink too. It makes me think of spring. You might have more luck with guitar opportunities if Ken has a skill opportunity being held. I can't prove it but I feel like the game portions out the opportunity calls by household instead of by sim. Either way it meant supermaxing guitar with far more packs installed than you so GOOD LUCK.

Spoiler:
I little ahead in game, so I can safely say he's going to make it! He's a week to elder and have 9 opps so unless something very strange happens (I wouldn't be surprised, it's the sims), he has plenty of time for the 10th to come out. The opportunity calls being by household instead of by sim has merit, I noticed that when his children were kids he had more calls than now that they are young adults. Perhaps now that there are more sims of adult age the opportunities are more evenly distributed? :hmm:
