Yay, glad to see this back!
Spoiler:
I never knew the radiator was an actual thing. *makes note* I hope Will continues on with his quest for scholarships.

Thank you, Jenn, I'm glad to be posting again!
Spoiler:
The radiator was a relatively new (and happy!) discovery :plumbob2:
I'm very pleased with Will's progress, although I'm a little concerned about the two wildcard scholarships. Still, those are the ones I'm looking forward to working on.

Hooray, an update!
Spoiler:
Tracy is doing a fantastic job with the house! Knowing the starting point, it's quite the change. It's turning out quite pretty, and not so much left to go either.

Tracy's also being very hardworking on the job front too - which of course helps with the house. Well done for almost permaplat!

So it looks like Tracy is pretty close to completing her challenge. It seems you already have something else in mind for her after? :)
Well done! :applause:

Thanks, peachy!

Thanks for the comment, Katri!

Tracy's perseverance has definitely paid off! I don't have a specific plan for her after the challenge, as she has conveniently been so single-minded fixing up her grandparents' home.

I'll see what she rolls after reaching her LTW, and next time she has an aspiration perk available, I'll give her a secondary which I hope will help me come up with something... I really like playing her, she's adorable!

Spoiler:
Whoo, congrats on the new Business District! That's some pretty great progress, and a nice population boost.

Also fun idea with Makoto, a little backstory is fun to have. It looks like a good start with the barber shop for him, despite the early mishap.
Hooray for being up to date with playing, too!

Thanks for commenting, Peachy and Katri! I'm glad you like what I did with Makoto, I'm kinda digging playing elders now, especially giving them a little background story :)

Still love seeing your progress! I like all of the subchallenges you're doing, and Barren Creek is a fun way to add more character to the city!

I've actually managed to get The Sims 2 to work on my new (Windows 11) laptop yesterday, so maybe I'll get back to Blueberry Island... I did forget to back up my game before getting rid of my old computer, though, so I'm working off a 2020 backup. Lucky for me, I barely played TS2 since then, so I only have to replay two or three households  I'm also still having a lot of fun with TS4, though, so we'll see how it all goes!

Spoiler:
I spent the last few weeks reading and catching up. It's crazy how much Mesa Vista has changed and grown. I love all the little challenges peppered in. And the diverse families. I'm tempted to move in more townies now.
