WWYD if you woke up as some yet-un-named/ undiscovered creature that was(a.) too heavy for the bed (you woke by the bed breaking and you hitting the floor) and (b.) You couldn't move without one of your many extremities punching holes in the walls. Whoever you're living with (or your neighbors if you're by yourself) keeps telling you to quiet down in there, WTF is going on, etc. You know you can't even move without leaving a trail of destruction in your wake. anyway, as far as dropping my pants, pick them up very quickly and hope anyone around was preoccupied with other things and didn't notice.

WWYD if you were sitting in a cafe with somebody and you just started hallucinating everyone there into impossible other things besides humans?
Ex: Your friend across from you becomes a backwards mermaid (fishy upper body, human legs), a fellow sitting at the counter becomes a giant platypus that's softly singing "I'm just wild about Mary", etc.

You sound like me. My mom had a saltwater fishtank growing up, and I had several freshwater tanks... and hermit crabs... and puppies and kittens. I collected a lot of animals.
No, see, I'm "smart" but in a very few categories (like hair, skin, nails and the Sims, for example)... these people are all people who are... like... smarty pants people that I have trouble talking to. I CAN DO IT THOUGH.
I CAN HAVE WORDS AND I CAN USE THEM.
