Get caught doing something I shouldn't - at least then it's my own fault and, idk, justice or something.

Working on several big projects at once is usually my style (and then doing nothing for weeks). But given the choice between those two, I'd take the one big project.

WYR have a really messy roommate or live in an apartment underneath really noisy neighbours?

Noisy neighbours. I'd hate it, though, but I love living alone.

Junk food! Not a fan of fish, especially when it's trying to be healthy.

Skin pouch; good for carrying stuff around! Then I wouldn't need a purse, lol.

Short-term serious infection. Somehow I don't get as badly sick as others for the same infection.

WYR be in a situation where you have to choose who lives between two people you love or be in a situation where they both die but there's nothing you could have done?

The second, I think; then there would at least be only grief rather than guilt and grief.

Pancakes! Lemon and sugar is my favourite topping, sour and sweet at the same time.

Assuming it's excluding the "You're dead" too cold, then cold. I can always put on another blanket. There's only so much cooling you can do.
Besides, Canada. XD I saw someone today who needed 3 blankets inside to survive the 5 degree celsius from outside and called it freezing. Made me realize again how where you live changes perceptions of what is cold and what is hot.
