I FINALLY GOT MY ROUND TWO ENTRY IN!! Thank you so much for the extension, Rosanna, really saved my butt! I would've been gutted to miss a round.

Really looking forward to this round though - I have so many ideas!

Blegh, I finally pulled something together! I vow not to be such a slowpoke from now on! (Now that my house has running water and Internet, that should be a little easier. ) This is the first I've really checked out the Round 2 entries and wow, everyone did such a good job! I can't wait to see what people come up with for this next one, it certainly looks interesting...

I find myself super stuck! I had two moderately good ideas. One was light and fun, honestly my favorite so far, but would need lots of clutter downloaded. The other was darker and serious, but worries me because it is more serious. Gah!

And I'd say go for the one that you'll have the most fun shooting, even if it's the one you think might be a bit too serious. I know from experience that if you enjoy doing the work, you'll most likely be way happier with the results than something you struggled to get done.

Funny enough, I discarded both ideas for a much funnier one. Almost had my model flipping the bird, but figured it was a bit mature. But you are right! Much more fun posing a goofy one

EDIT: I've gone through 4 different shoots(and sets of photos) and 10 separate sets, yet I still can't get them just right

Does anyone have any suggestions for websites that I can upload and edit photos on? I was using photobucket for a while but the editor stopped working so I couldn't resize my pictures (which was the main problem).

Katie, First I am sorry to hear photobucket is being a butt!

Second, while I don't have a website, I can refer you to what I use. Personally, I use GIMP. It is a free photo-editing software which functions similar to photoshop, but not exactly the same. For resizing, It works very nicely. If you can't use it because of space or you are worried about usability, don't worry. I just didn't want to leave you without the option, at least.

YES! Got my entry up tonight when i was planning on not having it ready until tomorrow night! So heppy! Now off to go look at the others. . .

Update: Wow everyone had such different takes on this round's assignment; I'll be waiting to see what the results are!
@ Heather: I can tell you had as much fun with yours as I had with mine in R2.

I am going to try to get my entry done tomorrow. Work has been so busy this past week as a coworker was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Tuesday and everyone is pitching in to pick up his responsibilities while he is out. I have a vague idea of what to do, just need the motivation to get into the game.
