I just got Sims 4! And I'm on the hunt for some cool CC - can any TS4 players recommend their favourite mods/cc for me?

Not sure if this works or not, haven't tried it since I rarely play Sims 4 but this is a mod to make sorcerers and witches.

If you are going to play TS4 you have to have the MC Command Center mod.

I get a lot of my CC from TSR ... I know a lot of people don't like it because of the ads but really it's not bad imo and the cc is amazing ... well some of it.
Also if you go on Tumblr and search TS4cc, TS4 CC, or TS4mm you will find links to a lot of different cc. Oh you can also search TS4 lookbook on there.

For CAS and build/buy CC it depends on if I want to play with Alpha CC or Maxis Match. I have downloaded a lot of beautiful alpha hair from the Sims Resource - https://www.thesimsresource.com/. Lately though I have been doing more Maxis Match CC and have found great stuff through Maxis Match CC World - https://maxismatchccworld.tumblr.com/Navigation. They don’t host the CC but rather showcase new CC and link out to different sites. One of my new favorites for hair is Clumsy Alien - https://clumsyalienn.tumblr.com/. The hair is almost a mix between Alpha and Maxis Match.

As for MODs I posted this in a different thread earlier but aside from MCCC here are a few that I have tried out recently.

Woohoo Wellness and Pregnancy Overhaul Mod - this mod gives your sims more options for pregnancy. You could have a sim that has the hates children trait put her baby up for adoption, or a same sex couple have a baby through IVF or a surrogate. Wonderful Whims - I just downloaded this one last weekend. It adds an attraction system to the game. You can set your Sims preferences in regards to gender, hair color, body type, etc or let the game assign them randomly. You can send your sim to a public venue and have them scan the area. You get a notification if they find anyone attractive. It adds some new sentiments and additional personality traits. https://wonderfulwhims.com/

Both Wonderful Whims and the WooHoo Wellness mod have options that can either be disabled or come as separate install files that can just not add to your game depending on how realistic you want your game to be or what things you are comfortable with.
