Whoops there I go again, starting a challenge. So I recently found the rules to the build a city challenge for the Sims 4. (Found here: da rules ) However this isn't the only ruleset I'm following, I also printed a similar set with up to Britchester on it. However I can't remember where I pulled those rules from.

Anyways, this is a BaCC, I've always wanted to try one but since my Sims 2 game isn't working, Sims 4 it is!
