Would anyone be interested in a challenge/legacy without words? I really want to post one, but I'm horrible at coming up with story lines and writing... :sigh:

I normally just post pictures with captions or a brief observation.

Really? I guess I'm just used to the people I follow on Tumblr who post a picture and like five paragraphs. :P And I'm also a little unsure because I've never really posted a challenge/legacy before either.

Personally, I prefer the legacies that are observational, as opposed to the ones with paragraphs of "story" in between each picture. Just play the game and write about what happens - especially the funny/weird stuff. We'll love to read it.

I lay somewhere between the two poles. I like plot in longer challenges (like legacies), as long as it is written well. (The Devereaux Legacy, for example, is a stellar example of an extremely plot-driven challenge.) However, some of my favorites are purely observational, and rely on humor mixed with commentary on what's going on in the game.

As for a challenge without words, I have seen them, so it's not totally unheard of. I personally prefer some kind of caption, however short, underneath most pictures, though, just because it can get to be really confusing if you don't know who's there or what's going on. It doesn't have to be much--just some context to the picture. :)

I know this is like, six years late, but I just take pics and then write the story. XD I’ll probably go find plot and I’m getting poses and stuff, but for this first gen, it’s just writing about whatever my sims do, and making it interesting. Like, I never have directed my sims at all. It’s all them. (Except to have them have five babies. That was me.)
