For 2019, we are introducing some new fun and games in the TGBO House section.
From the opening of the Christmas 2018 events,
you will not only be collecting points for your houses but also stars!!
To introduce you to the Individual Members stars we are kicking it off with a game in the Christmas Events,
"Falling Stars" .. where you can win free stars and The Star Medal.
Falling Stars will become a permanent event in the TGBO section,
where occasionally we will give you the opportunity to grab free stars.
During Seasonal Events ... (Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Birthday, Christmas)
Falling stars will appear within the event to give you an active chance to win more free stars and the medal.
The Star Medal will only be obtainable during the seasonal events!!!

So what is the point of the stars??
The stars will be awarded to members for a range of different forum activities,
or tasks set by moderators.
Member can collect up the stars they earn and do two things with them.
1. Save them up for yourself and cash them in for a Winners Choice medal.
2. Donate them to your House.
Stars donated to the houses will be collected up and exchanged for points.
How and where do you collect the stars?
When you have earned them, you will be awarded your stars via pm,
receiving something like this ....
You then copy it and paste it onto your STAR CARD
Star cards will work like house scorecards,
except your stars will be kept track of by either Julie and Livvie in the first post.
STAR CARDS will soon be appearing in each House for house members.
and for None House members - there will be a a Star Card in the Events section for them.

Here are the Stars that you will be playing with.
The Members Star.
The yellow star has a face value of 5 points.
This star will be awarded to members for different activities and star tasks set.
Collecting 20 yellow stars will earn you a Winners Choice medal, or 100 house points for your house.
The Pulper Star
(If you want to know why it is called this ... ask Liv
)
The purple star has a face value of 20 points.
The Pulper star will be awarded to member for
- completing sim challenges (like ISBI, boolprop challenges, baby challenges ect)
- winning events such as Boolprop chef, Let's Build,ect)
- winning competitions
- Story of the Month
- Golden Plumbobs
Collecting 5 purple stars will earn you a Winners Choice medal, or 100 house points for your house.
House Stars
Each House has its own colour co-ordinated star, which have a face value of 100 points
House stars will be awarded for
- in house activities, such as winning Chat-a-thons, House Battles, House Points Battle ect
- Star tasks
- games (this we are looking forward to 
)
Collecting 1 house stars will earn your house 100 house points.
Points Star
The points star is worth 100 house points and you will only see on house star cards
The Member, Pulper and House stars can all be converted into actual house points ONLY when collectively their face value reaches 100 points
so
5 x Pulper Stars turn into a white star and 100 house points
1 x House Stars turn into a white star and 100 house points
20 x Members Stars turn into a white star and 100 house points.
or
a mix of different stars.
example. 4 Member stars (20points), 4 Pulper star(80 points) = 100 points
which then turns into a white star and 100 points.
Note the pulper Star will not take effect properly until January 2019,
when we will have compiled a complete list of events and challenges that it applies to.
Already completed challenges will not apply. It will only be awarded for what you do from now on.
