I decided to use TS1 for this challenge, because I missed playing and building in it so much lol. Anyway, I built this house on 6 Sim Lane as it was one of the smallest and cheapest plots of land in the neighborhood (it was worth 3,500 Simoleons). Since my Sim had quite a bit of money left over from the purchase and the budget for this cottage was 40,000, I cheated some money for him until he reached the budget amount. Then I started building the cottage.
